Senior Java Technical Lead Position in Digital Transformation

About the Role:
Audensiel is seeking an experienced Senior Java Technical Lead to join our team in Niort, France.
This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. The role will involve leading a small team of developers and driving IT solutions to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality IT solutions using Java 8, SpringBoot, React, and JavaScript;
- Monitor progress and solve complex problems;
- Mentor junior technical profiles and drive them towards achieving their goals;
- Design and design architectures that meet business requirements;
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and manage allocated budgets effectively;
- Set up tests and recertification processes for quality assurance.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bac+4/5 education, several years of experience as a Java developer or a first experience as a lead. A first experience in the insurance sector is highly appreciated. Familiarity with Github, Hubot, Jenkins, and other industry-standard tools is essential.
