We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Assistant to join our team at Coty. As a Trade Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in implementing fragrance and makeup initiatives in international markets.
Responsibilities:- Track and analyze sell-in & sell-out performance at global level against KPIs/comparable benchmarks
- Run ad-hoc Trade Marketing analysis
- Assist markets in their operational requests
- Be responsible for consolidating and tracking the global trade plans/marketing calendars and manage launch dates for all markets
- In charge of consolidating post-launch recap presentations
- Facilitate the preparation of key meetings including business review and fashion house presentations
- Coordinate launch needs with marketing teams (samples, assets, mock ups,...)
- Run market, competitor analysis and online auditing
- Manage & consolidate Global brand updates with Global teams via Sharepoint and Newsletter updates to Markets
- Actualize brand Distribution database and global contact list
- Masters student with prior 6-months internship in marketing or sales or consulting
- Strong business acumen and analytical background (advanced Excel skills required)
- Used to evolve in an international context and fluent in English (>50% work in English)
- Keen to work in a fast-paced environment and to lead projects in an independent manner
- Reliable and attentive to details
