Your Role:
Reporting directly to the VP of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role at Ledger, enhancing user experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a talented and diverse design team (10 members), promoting both professional and personal growth;
- Collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering to define and execute design strategies that align with our business objectives;
- Creating visually engaging and user-focused interfaces that embody our brand and fulfill user requirements;
- Conducting user research to gather insights that inform design choices;
- Establishing and upholding design standards to ensure consistency across all products;
- Fostering a collaborative culture across teams to ensure alignment and effective communication;
- Representing Ledger's design philosophy within the organization and the broader web3 community.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years in Product Design and User Experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity;
- A robust portfolio that showcases your expertise in Product Design, user research, and UX copywriting;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire design teams, nurturing a culture of innovation and excellence;
- Capability to translate business goals into compelling design solutions;
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of front-end development is advantageous;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at articulating design concepts to various stakeholders.
