About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead our rapidly growing Betting & Gaming Analytics team at Betclic Group.

As a key member of our data team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality analytics that drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.

Your expertise will be essential in shaping our analytical strategy, building and managing a high-performing team, and influencing business stakeholders to adopt data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute analytical strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Lead a team of data analysts and provide guidance on technical and business skills development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Maintain close relationships with business executives and departmental heads to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing data analytics teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with gaming industry and business models.
