Job Title: Nuclear Safety Engineer

Orano Group is seeking a highly motivated Nuclear Safety Engineer to join our team in the Nuclear Safety Engineering department. As a Nuclear Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for participating in the design choices of various projects, establishing safety input data, conducting safety analyses, and writing regulatory documents for Authorities. You will also be involved in meetings with clients, managing safety requirements, and collaborating with other engineering disciplines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other disciplines in project design decisions to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Establish and manage project safety input data to inform design choices
  • Conduct safety analyses and prepare regulatory documents to support project implementation
  • Manage and track safety requirements to ensure project compliance
  • Participate in document review meetings with clients to ensure project deliverables meet safety standards

Day-to-day Activities:

  • Develop and maintain safety analyses and reports to support project decision-making
  • Communicate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution

You may also be required to attend project progress meetings with clients and provide regular updates to the project management team. Travel to different company locations for training purposes may be necessary during the training period.
