Amadeus Cloud Security DevOps Opportunity

Amadeus is seeking a skilled Cloud Security DevOps professional to join our team. As a key member of our Security Middleware team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and reliability of our cloud platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes for our team's products and services.
  • Ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems through proactive monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Support different environments, including troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes.
  • Manage vulnerabilities as per standard Amadeus Service level agreements for our services.
  • Work with our cybersecurity team to ensure that our systems are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.
  • Manage and execute change, release, and test processes and drive automation of these processes.
  • Problem and Incident Management: Identify root cause, troubleshoot, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT engineering.
  • Strong interest in Cybersecurity.
  • Multi-language competency: C++, Java, Python, etc.
  • System administration and automation activities: Unix, Shell, Jenkins, Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible.
  • Cloud competencies: Microsoft Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker.
  • Optional: knowledge of SAFe framework is a plus.
  • Optional: cybersecurity certifications.
  • Keen on learning new technologies.
  • Self-starter and team player, ability to work independently.
  • Ability to drive technical initiatives.
  • Rigorous problem-solving skills.
  • Pedagogy and ability to teach and support others in their activities.
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environments.
  • Creativity and innovation.
