Our vision is to establish innovative mental health centers that focus on mood disorders, leveraging technology to enhance the efficiency of care delivery.

Job Overview:

• Engage in consultations primarily with individuals diagnosed with bipolar disorder over an extended period. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and support personnel, to elevate the quality of care.
• Oversee administrative responsibilities such as managing payments, billing, medical documentation, and other essential procedures. We ensure that you have the support needed outside of consultations, allowing you to recharge during your downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultations to patients, predominantly those with bipolar disorder, depressive disorders, anxiety, or burnout (75% of your role)
• Conduct clinical evaluations: Assess the impact of disorders on daily functioning and explore comorbidities
• Design personalized care plans
• Set recovery objectives
• Supervise and mentor team members (psychologists, peer counselors, etc.)
• Enhance the skills of your team
• Improve care pathways through constructive feedback
• Contribute to scientific research by participating in clinical studies
• Engage in community events
• Stay informed about current literature and pursue ongoing professional development
• Potentially lead therapeutic workshops

Candidate Profile:

• Passion for transforming mental health care. Embrace challenges, pursue innovation, and adopt an experimental approach primarily based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Deep empathy. Take pleasure in listening to patients and assisting them in achieving their recovery goals
• Expertise in mood disorders. Eager to work with complex and diverse pathologies in long-term patients (Bipolar disorder, depression, etc.)
• Comfortable with technology. Familiarity with technology and data utilization to enhance care efficiency, allowing for more time spent in consultations
• English proficiency is advantageous. Ability to comprehend and communicate in English for continuous updates on the latest methods and innovations

Working Conditions:

• Location: Flexible with the option for remote work
• Remote work: Yes, up to 1 day per week
• Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm (no on-call duties)
