Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans to support clients in achieving their goals
- Provide social support and guidance to clients, promoting their autonomy and independence
- Inform and orient clients on their rights and access to resources
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to develop and implement collective actions
- Produce professional reports and documents
- Diploma in Social Intervention and Family Support (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
