APF France Handicap is seeking a Specialized Educator to join our team in the Bas-Rhin region. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of socialization, autonomy, and integration skills for individuals with disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Establish a supportive relationship and conduct educational diagnostics
  • Provide educational support and guidance
  • Develop and stimulate autonomy and independence
  • Support inclusion and facilitate smooth transitions
  • Act as a liaison with external partners and organizations
  • Organize and lead social and educational activities
  • Implement counseling services for individuals with disabilities

**Required Qualities:**

  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of motor and psychological disabilities
  • Proficiency in computer software and tools

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Valid driver's license (Permis B)
  • Ability to travel within the department
