About the Role
Assystem is seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager/Pilote d'Offre Data to join our team in Paris/Courbevoie or Lyon. As a key member of our Digital Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our data strategy, leading responses to tenders, and collaborating with internal teams and experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement our data strategy to position Assystem as a leader in the data domain, covering strategic and operational phases.
- Lead responses to tenders on a technical and commercial level, in coordination with internal teams and experts.
- Manage and utilize Assystem's project management tools, providing regular updates to the Digital Business Unit leadership.
- Take on operational responsibilities as needed, becoming a recognized leader within Assystem and driving projects on a commercial and operational level.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in data project management for renowned clients, preferably in the engineering, industry, and energy sectors.
- Strong leadership skills to direct complex offers in an emerging context.
- Excellent collaboration and animation skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Deep knowledge of regulated and constrained environments such as the nuclear sector.
- Experience in managing large accounts (EDF, SNCF, etc.).
- Experience in services companies (engineering, ESN, etc.).
- Master's degree in data-related technologies such as cloud environments.
- Understanding of data deployment challenges in client environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex information.
- Strong presentation skills to animate workshops and meetings with clients.
- Consultative mindset and active listening skills to build strong client relationships.
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, project management, maintenance, or construction.
