Sports Coach

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach to join our dynamic team at Impact Sales & Marketing. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for leading interactive sports events and workshops in various cities across France.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging sports programs for participants of all ages and skill levels
• Provide coaching and guidance to ensure participants' safety and enjoyment
• Communicate effectively with participants, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute sports events and workshops
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote sports participation and accessibility

Requirements:

• State-certified in sports coaching or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on Sundays and adapt to changing schedules
• Experience in fencing is a plus

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of €18.00 gross/hour (+50% on Sundays)
• 10% precariousness allowance
