As a Senior Investment Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in delivering portfolio oversight and investment operations support. Collaborating closely with Portfolio Managers and external partners, you will ensure the precision of Net Asset Values (NAV) and uphold the integrity of positions and valuations within our record-keeping systems.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for inquiries related to middle and back office operations.
- Verify NAV pricing and conduct thorough checks on portfolio information.
- Implement controls as outlined by the Global Risk Control Framework.
- Support Portfolio Managers with daily operational tasks related to investments.
- Facilitate the escalation of risks or incidents as necessary.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or equivalent experience in the financial industry.
- Background in Middle Office or Front Office functions.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial instruments, particularly derivatives.
- Familiarity with Investment Management Support and Fund Administration.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Simcorp, VBA, and SQL.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capacity to perform under tight deadlines.
