As a member of the Treasury and Financing team, reporting to the Director, you will engage in financial advisory projects that tackle various challenges, particularly in transformation scenarios such as spin-offs, carve-outs, and high-growth situations:
- Management of cash flow, preparation of medium to long-term cash forecasts, and oversight of banking relationships.
- Support in identifying and managing financial risks (interest rates, foreign exchange, commodities, CO2): risk assessment, exposure analysis, and implementation of dashboards and control tools.
- Guidance and assistance in financing negotiations and monitoring of financial documentation (covenants).
- Functional transformation: assessment and definition of target organizational structures, along with support in executing recommendations.
- Project management related to Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation or cash pooling arrangements.
- Operational support to treasury and financing teams, particularly in transformation scenarios.
Your Profile:
- Graduated from a leading business school, engineering institution, or holding a Master's degree in Corporate Treasury Finance.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience, either in a corporate treasury department or in a consulting firm specializing in treasury or restructuring.
- A strong team player with a commitment to growth in a collaborative environment.
BM&A is a consulting firm with a workforce of 300, operating in multiple locations and collaborating with renowned CAC 40 or middle-market companies' finance and accounting departments on a variety of issues, providing an alternative to large international firms with specialized expertise that may not always be available in-house.
