About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Piping Installation Designer to join our team at Technip Energies. As a key member of our Engineering studies team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing piping installations for our clients in the Oil and Gas and Energy Transition sectors.

About You:

  • You will have a technical background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with experience in Piping Design or General Design.
  • You will be familiar with current environmental issues and interested in sustainable energy production solutions, such as Low-Carbon Hydrogen and Offshore Floating Wind.
  • You will have experience with 2D drawing tools (Autocad, Microstation) and 3D design (AVEVA E3D, Hexagon S3D).
  • You will be fluent in French and have operational English skills.

About the Team:

The Design of Units and Piping team is a key part of our Engineering studies, working on all project phases, types, and product lines. As a member of this team, you will be at the center of schedules and processes, working closely with other disciplines to deliver high-quality results.

About the Job:

  • You will work under the responsibility of a Piping Installation Specialist Group Manager, designing and implementing piping installations for our clients.
  • You will collaborate with other members of the project team and interface with other disciplines to deliver high-quality results.
  • You will be responsible for designing and freezing the installation of equipment, piping, access, and maintenance, as well as updating Master documents according to your studies.
  • You will present and justify your study during design reviews and propose improvements to methods for the department.
