Our client is a distinguished and reputable Law Firm in the La Rochelle area, prioritizing client satisfaction. We are currently in search of a Legal Litigation Lawyer for a permanent role based in La Rochelle.

Position Overview:

• Oversee a portfolio of litigation matters across various domains including commercial law, construction law, and insurance law.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and briefs, in collaboration with fellow attorneys.
• Advocate for clients in court and before administrative bodies.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and deliver strategic legal counsel.
• Engage in negotiations and facilitate amicable dispute resolutions whenever feasible.

Candidate Profile:

• Juris Doctor degree / DJCE
• At least 2 years of experience in litigation, ideally within a law firm or similar legal environment.
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills in a legal context.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple cases concurrently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and capability to effectively engage with clients and legal stakeholders.
