Night Nurse

About the Role: At Vitalis Médical Montpellier, we are seeking a dedicated Night Nurse to provide exceptional care in a state-of-the-art intensive care unit. This position involves delivering high-quality nursing services to patients during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hygiene and comfort care to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
• Execute medical procedures according to physician directives, adhering to established protocols.
• Monitor and assess patients' clinical conditions, including vital signs, to identify any signs of decline.
• Enhance the quality and safety of patient care by proposing improvements and following established guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Registered Nurse qualification.
• Prior experience in an Intensive Care Unit is preferred.
• Strong technical skills coupled with the ability to interact effectively with patients.
• Detail-oriented and organized, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent teamwork skills, with adaptability and empathy.
