**Job Summary**

The Department of Ain is seeking a social worker specializing in polyvalence to join our team at the Oyonnax Departmental Solidarity Center.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide social support to individuals or families in a non-judgmental and comprehensive manner.
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored responses based on urgency and social context.
  • Identify and access financial assistance or social programs through diagnostic socio-economic analysis and eligibility verification.
  • Implement development of power of action principles, integrate local partnership resources, and initiate reference framework for pathways.
  • Manage complex social and family situations, including detection of dysfunctions, project development, and follow-up.
  • Participate in child protection actions, including reporting to judicial authorities.
  • Implement educational actions for child protection and prevention.
  • Enter client data into the IODAS software for dematerialization.
  • Participate in local social development projects, collective actions, and internal and external reflection, decision-making, and coordination instances.
  • Accompany clients in social and professional insertion, from contract development to implementation.
  • Participate in RSA sanction commission in case of non-compliance with commitments.
  • Enter client data into the application, including interviews, financial aid requests, etc.
  • Supervise interns.

**Requirements**

  • Diploma in Social Work or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of social legislation and Departmental social action policy.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and social institutions and partners.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse client groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including IODAS.
