• Development: Preparation of administrative documents in coherence with technical specifications
• Implementation: Drafting of necessary documents in collaboration with project managers, and complete organization of Tender Committees/Technical Committees/Juries
• Market execution phase in coordination with project managers and technicians: Administrative and financial monitoring of contracts
