Your Role

As part of the Works team at our Civil Engineering South-East agency, you will play a vital role in various Civil Engineering construction initiatives, including bridges, functional structures, underground works, and industrial facilities.

With your team and the resources at your disposal, you will oversee all aspects of the assigned Civil Engineering projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.

Your Responsibilities

As the on-site representative of Colas, you will engage in every phase of the project. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing the construction site
  • Monitoring the progress of work
  • Finalizing the project
  • Managing the budget
  • Leading the project team

Your Profile

You should possess a background in Civil Engineering or General Construction, with at least 3 years of experience in a site management role.

Key attributes such as diligence, leadership, and strong interpersonal skills are essential for successfully executing your responsibilities.

A valid driving license (Category B) is required.
