Job Description

Job Title: Financial Analyst

Contract Type: CDD

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analytical accounting, financial control, and liaison with the general accounting department for relations with third parties, particularly for control and tax aspects.

The Financial Analyst will work closely with the purchasing department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and payment of suppliers
  • Entry and payment of purchase invoices and investment invoices
  • Relationship with the purchasing department
  • Closure of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual accounts
  • Analytical accounting
    • Entry of supplier invoices in analytical accounting
    • Verification of correct analytical accounting of supplier invoices
    • Assistance to the purchasing department in setting up SAGE Gestion Commerciale
  • Assistance with account closure
    • Collaboration with the accounting expert for account closure
    • Entry of Miscellaneous Operations
  • Future projects
    • Evolution of SI and optimization of procedures
    • Digitalization of supplier invoices
    • Electronic signatures

Additional Information:

  • Contract duration: 1st February to 31st May (ideally)
  • CET and PEE (with topping-up)
  • Based in Champs-sur-Marne
  • Salary: between 31k and 33k
  • Swile card (meal voucher and gift card)
  • Availability: as soon as possible
