About the Role

As a Regional Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving partner acquisition and revenue growth for our unified communications solutions across Europe, with a particular focus on France. You'll collaborate with top European UC specialists to solidify our position as the leading provider in the UCaaS market.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass annual sales targets within your assigned territory and accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales objectives and expand our partner network.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key partners.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our partners' business needs and goals.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes within the UCaaS sector.
  • Provide insights on market dynamics that influence partner budgets and strategic direction.

Who We Seek:

  • Proven track record of success as a sales executive, particularly within the telecommunications industry.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the entire sales process from initiation to closure.
  • Strong product knowledge and the capacity to articulate the unique features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Proven ability to effectively position products against competitive offerings.
  • Excellent negotiation, active listening, and written communication skills.
  • A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
  • Native French speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the UCaaS/CCaaS space.
