Your Mission:
- Lead and direct teams, as well as subcontractors, to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor and adapt work schedules to meet changing project requirements.
- Oversee installation assembly work, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Participate in safety coordination visits to maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement prevention plans to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate lifting operations and verify equipment compliance.
- Attend construction meetings to ensure project progress and address concerns.
- Develop work attachments and situations to optimize project execution.
- Manage site re-supplies and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Accept work and close out sites, ensuring project completion.
- Monitor customer complaints and address them promptly.
- Validate final equipment assembly quality for performance.
- Monitor and validate time sheets to ensure accurate project tracking.
- Ensure adherence to HSE rules and regulations.
- Provide new hire orientation and training to ensure team members are equipped to succeed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Autocad.
- Excellent command of English.
