Job Summary
Chronopost is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production site by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Pilot the maintenance of equipment and production means on the site, with the aim of achieving optimal availability, reliability, safety, and controlled costs.
- Analyze problems that have occurred during the production phase and propose actions to be taken and technical improvements to be considered.
- Follow the preventive maintenance schedule, audit the quality of operations performed, and adapt the maintenance plan based on the feedback received.
- Verify and challenge daily intervention requests, validate the technical diagnoses of technicians, measure the reactivity of interventions, and work on axes of progress aimed at optimizing intervention deadlines.
- Program and use computer queries on sorting machines, understand performance discrepancies, control the correct entry of operations in GMAO.
- Replenish spare parts and other consumables necessary for the proper functioning of installations and services.
- Follow external interventions and ensure compliance with regulatory controls and their deadlines.
- Intervene on building failures: perform a first diagnosis of anomalies and restore the functionality of equipment or trigger interventions with suppliers, manage building suppliers.
Requirements
- Student in Bac + 2 (BTS maintenance industrial), you have good knowledge in GMAO. You master the Office Pack.
- With a good relational, you also have good listening, analysis, synthesis, and organization capacities.
- You are a rigorous, adaptable, and autonomous person.
- Force of proposal, you have an initiative spirit and a technical curiosity (electrotechnical, electrical, automatic, and mechanical).
- A first experience in industrial maintenance would be a plus.
