We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Technology Management team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of renewable energy projects and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our solar PV facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the improvement of knowledge on the installed fleet of solar PV inverters
- Update the REx failure rate of solar PV inverters within Engie
- Inventory of solar PV inverters using various monitoring tools and contact with asset managers of the installed fleet of solar PV inverters (supplier and model)
- Contribute to the sharing of documentation on Sharepoint PV / management of the supplier database
- Organize and fill in sections with useful / generic documents
- Maintain a database of qualified suppliers for solar PV modules and cleaning robots
- Communicate within the COP Solar team
- Update Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA) for solar PV and associated cost database for the centralized LTSA in place in line with the Procurement Framework Agreement and generic LTSA for string inverters
- Manage the development of the generic SCADA LTSA
- Reflect on a LTSA for cleaning solutions for solar modules
- Ensure cybersecurity aspects are up-to-date in contractual documents
You will be part of a dynamic team that brings together experts in various fields of renewable energy under the direction of the CTO of the RGBU. Your manager is an expert in the field of solar PV and inverters. The role of this team is to provide support for the development of renewable energy projects and the operation and maintenance of our solar PV facilities. The team develops specifications and generic guidance documents and also intervenes on operational issues. The position is based in the Defense area, in the T1 tower, with no travel expected except for opportunities, remote work is possible 2-3 days a week for team members (to be validated with the tutor), to be set up according to the alternation rhythm and integration into the position.
InteractionsInternally:
- At the Group level: Engie Solutions – Other departments of the RGBU
- At the RGBU level: Component experts, engineering teams, SCADA, legal, purchasing
- At the country level: Relations with asset managers in each country
Externally: Discussions with solar PV inverter / SCADA / cleaning robot suppliers.
