About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Software Development team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in Agile, strong written and spoken English, and be open to relocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Implement and champion Agile testing methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct regular sprint planning and retrospective meetings to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
- Identify and report defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues promptly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their application to the QA process.
- Proficient in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Certification in Agile/Scrum is a plus.
