We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer to join our team at BBM et Associés. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial health and strategy.
Your primary focus will be on managing investments, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with national and international financial regulations. You will work closely with our Certified Public Accounting firm to ensure that our financial operations are in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the company's financial operations, including investments, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with national and international financial regulations.
- Work closely with our Certified Public Accounting firm to maintain accurate financial records.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the executive team to make informed financial decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory issues, accounting, and tax planning in the EU and France.
- Familiarity with methods of obtaining capital other than conventional loans.
- Strong knowledge of relevant economic laws and regulations.
- Team player with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong intercultural skills.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in international finance and compliance, particularly in the EU and North America.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Ability to build a team in a growing environment.
This is a permanent position, and we are looking for someone to start immediately.
