Key responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, travel bookings, and calendars
  • Arrange personal appointments and handle admin tasks
  • Assist with small business-related tasks such as travel and meeting scheduling
  • Provide proactive daily check-ins via communication channels
  • Ensure everything runs smoothly enabling the CEO to concentrate on more important priorities without any interruptions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles
  • Proactive in anticipating the CEOs needs and resolving issues before they arise
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Available from 9 AM to 6 PM EST, with flexibility after hours if needed
  • Strong understanding of cultural nuances and ability to work effectively across diverse backgrounds
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

The main goal is to make the CEOs life easier by taking care of both personal and business admin tasks, keeping everything organized and running smoothly without needing a lot of hand-holding.

Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and location. Benefits include remote work options, flexible schedules, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
