Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team at Arkolia. As a key member of our Business Development department, you will be responsible for the evolution, maintenance, and animation of our hangar agricole product.

Main Responsibilities

• Product Evolution and Maintenance
  • Maintain and improve the hangar agricole product in collaboration with internal services (Purchasing, Engineering, Operations)
  • Provide tools for the Business Operations department
  • Optimize the product based on technical, regulatory, and market evolutions
  • Integrate regional and client-specific features
• Assistance, Hotline, and Training
  • Provide assistance and hotline support to users
  • Distribute user manuals and guides
  • Train users on product usage
  • Distribute product updates
• Product Animation and Group Management
  • Lead the product group with internal services
  • Consider user feedback to adapt the product offering
  • Present progress to the product steering committee
• Commercial Performance Analysis
  • Analyze product performance on territories and compared to the market
  • Implement corrective actions

Requirements

• Degree in a scientific field or engineering school
• First experience in similar roles and missions
• Proficiency in office tools, including Excel and data tables
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work in a team
