OpenClassrooms is seeking a Logistics Operations Analyst for an apprenticeship contract with one of our partners in the logistics sector. This role is designed for candidates pursuing their training through OpenClassrooms.

Training Approach
At OpenClassrooms, you will engage in a profession that combines 20% theory and 80% practical experience. As a result, you will be fully prepared for employment upon completion of your training.

Your Responsibilities as a Logistics Operations Analyst
- Oversee the operations of one or more sites (logistics platform, production unit depot, etc.) focusing on technical (receiving, storage, shipping), commercial, social, and financial aspects, in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations and quality objectives (service, cost, time).
- Actively participate in organizational transformation projects, engaging and mobilizing your teams.
- Contribute to achieving quality targets as well as commercial objectives.

Educational Component
You will prepare for a Master's in Innovative Project Management & Entrepreneurship (24 months) with My Business School.

Work Structure
- Location: Hybrid work model.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with 8-hour work periods.
- Weekend off.
- In-company: 4 days a week (flexible days) with reduced presence to 3 days 1 to 2 times a month.
- Training: 1 day a week + an additional day 1 to 2 times a month.

Candidate Profile
- Eligible for an apprenticeship contract.
- Hold a BAC+3 degree.
- Willingness to travel to various job locations.
- Minimum of 6 months of professional experience.
- Strong persuasive skills.
- Enjoyment of human interactions.
- Sense of autonomy and responsibility.
- Passion for challenges.
