Process Improvement Specialist

**Mission Overview**
- Define, manage, and continuously improve industrial and commercial processes at the Group level, in collaboration with Strategic Business Units (SBU) and associated audit grids.
- Participate in a global program aimed at designing, developing, implementing, and deploying a standard tool for this process.
- Manage and set up parameters and management rules.
- Monitor performance and audit with associated KPIs and continuously improve the process.
- Support operational teams (process, methodology, training on tools) and ensure functional and organizational evolution of the system.
- Identify training needs for perimeters and ensure training.
- Perform process audits, define, and implement action plans.
- Ensure data integrity and exhaustiveness, and be the guarantor of management rules.
- Pilot deployment projects of tools on new perimeters.
- Engineer with a minimum of Bac +5, specializing in Supply Chain.
- Experience in an international environment, such as ETI/Grand Groupe.
- Rigor.
- Autonomy.
- Synthesis spirit.
- Knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain software, and Power BI.
- Mastering of Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint.
- Fluency in French and English.
