Key Responsibilities- Program Management: Design, deliver, and manage organizational development programs, tools, and resources to retain, engage, and develop employees.
- Communication Campaigns: Create and deliver engaging communication tools and targeted campaigns to support culture transformation, utilizing various channels such as email, Viva Engage, Teams, SharePoint, and offline methods.
- DEI Project Lead: Lead the DEI influencer program and co-lead or contribute to specific other DEI-related projects or priorities, focusing on manufacturing.
- Workshop and Training Facilitation: Coordinate, facilitate, and deliver OD-related workshops, training sessions, focus groups, and listening sessions with diverse participants and the HR community.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and process data to drive awareness, highlight progress, and inform future OD actions in areas such as DEI, engagement, talent mobility, and succession planning.
- Talent Development Coordination: Work with regional and global stakeholders to coordinate and follow up on talent development programs, such as NEXT, Talent Talks, and female mentoring initiatives.
- Partnership Building: Identify and establish internal and external partnerships to further strategic aspirations and share best practices and programs.
- Advanced Program and Project Management Skills: Manage complex programs and projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery, and develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison with internal stakeholders, and create engaging messages on various OD topics across multiple channels.
- Solid Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills: Influence and persuade stakeholders to gain support for initiatives, build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, and manage expectations and facilitate collaboration among diverse groups.
- Good Facilitation, Training Delivery, and Coaching Skills: Facilitate training sessions, deliver educational content effectively, and provide coaching to individuals and teams.
- Basic Knowledge of Change Management and Cultural Transformation: Understand change management principles and practices, support and implement change initiatives that align with organizational goals, and guide organizations through cultural transformations effectively.
- Solid Interpersonal and Networking Skills: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels, and external partners, such as learning vendors and agencies.
- Basic Knowledge and Understanding of DEI Principles, Leadership Development, and Employee Engagement: Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in these areas.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to training effectiveness, participant feedback, and program outcomes, and use data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in learning initiatives.
- Good Technology Proficiency: Familiar with digital tools and platforms, such as learning management systems (LMS), PowerBI, and Excel, and skilled in data collection, data analysis, and reporting to support learning initiatives.
