Job Title: Solar PV Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar PV Engineer to join our team at Green Recruitment Company.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site-specific engineering analysis, including site-suitability assessments, in collaboration with the Head of PV Engineering.
  • Develop conceptual designs and preliminary yield assessments for solar PV projects.
  • Create electrical single-line diagrams or connection diagrams for PV systems.
  • Prepare projects for execution design or EPC tender and support technical coordination with experts.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of Group Criteria for technical and environmental aspects of solar PV projects.
  • Coordinate with technical consultants, environmental, and social aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to international standards.
  • Communicate with other functional areas of the company on project needs.
  • Collaborate with the GIS department on land usage aspects.
  • Support project leaders and projects in achieving quantitative and qualitative goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in planning or engineering for ground-mounted PV systems.
  • Proficiency in PVSyst.
  • AutoCAD 2D skills (3D skills a plus).
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Teams, Outlook, Planner, and Excel).
  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Team player with willingness to exchange ideas and collaborate.
  • High level of self-management.
  • Willingness to travel.
