Nous recherchons un spécialiste en contrôle d'exportation pour rejoindre notre équipe de Data Governance Engineering. Vous serez chargé de traiter les problématiques de contrôle d'export et de sécurité nationale appliquées aux données en faisant largement appel à des solutions digitales avancées.

Vous serez impliqué dans des analyses d'investigations de données techniques visant à assurer la compliance des activités engineering avec les lois en vigueur.

Vos responsabilités

  • Tenir à jour le mapping d'exportation de données pour la fonction engineering dont les équipes travaillent en multi-sites et en multinational sur de nombreux programmes.
  • Préparer, structurer et suivre les demandes de licences d'exportation avec les spécialistes du contrôle export (France, Allemagne, Espagne) ainsi que les autorités françaises et allemandes.
  • Analyser les allégations de non compliance (fondement, précision, véracité) et définir éventuellement un plan d'action avec des mesures à court et long termes avec les équipes concernées.
  • Poursuivre une action continue d'harmonisation et d'amélioration des processus internes entre les différents sites.

Compétences requises

  • Master en droit ou en ingénierie ou en science de la donnée.
  • Appétence prononcée pour la technique et la data.
  • Des connaissances en contrôle d'export seraient un plus.
  • Au moins 3 à 5 années d'expérience dans un environnement international.
