Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Buyer to join our team at our Autun store. As an Assistant Buyer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, managing stock levels, and maintaining excellent relationships with our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including stock receipts and shipments
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders or deliveries
- Verify the quality and condition of received goods, ensuring they meet company standards
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
