About Cap Ingelec
We are an international engineering and construction group specializing in complex building projects. Our main missions are to deliver key-in-hand projects in the fields of data centers, critical utilities, industry, and cleanrooms, as well as wine, spirits, and agro-food.
With 15 locations in France and internationally, our 550 employees are driven by a common passion: designing and delivering complex and varied projects with commitment and ingenuity, while integrating environmental impact reduction measures.
Our Challenge
In a context of growth and structuring around our major building projects as a general contractor, we want to strengthen our International Performance Operational Management team.
Your Mission
Under the responsibility of the International Regional Director and in collaboration with the Performance Operational team, you will support the project perimeter in analyzing its major projects in conception and realization, in close collaboration with project directors.
Your main missions will be:
- Supporting project directors in capitalizing and disseminating good practices and creating a 'Project Management Standards' in collaboration with your colleagues.
- Conducting project reviews to detect risks and opportunities and ensuring the viability of the project from a quality/cost/delivery point of view.
- Participating in Commerce-Production reviews and internal project COPILs.
- Leading the project management community through good practices to evolve methods and tools.
Your Profile
You are a graduate of an engineering school or a specialized school in the building field, with at least 10 years of experience in managing large construction projects, ideally in conception/realization, internationally. You are recognized for your project management skills, with a good synthesis spirit, strong relational qualities, and adaptability.
You must master the English language and be open to travel.
