Job Title: Agent logistique

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Daher. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, from receipt and storage to routing to the relevant departments, picking, packing, packaging, and shipping in accordance with the cost, quality, safety, and lead times set.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods and products for compliance with physical, administrative, and IS requirements.
  • Pick products according to order preparation instructions and prepare packages, batches, and other shipments.
  • Monitor and maintain the operating and safety status of production facilities and equipment.
  • Load packages and transport them to the shipping, storage, or production area.
  • Complete order follow-up forms and report any damaged products or defective equipment.
  • Ensure working areas are clean and tidy, and maintain equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Report any faults or issues to the line manager.
  • Operate machinery or vehicles requiring a permit, such as forklift trucks or trailer tugs.
  • Distribute components internally to relevant departments.
  • Pack goods and products according to their characteristics, orders, and mode of transportation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and count product part numbers.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Prepare and track shipments.
  • Declare hazardous products as required by the site.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management an asset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
