We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Technical Field Sales Representative to join our team in West Africa. As a Technical Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering technical knowledge of ZF products, problem-solving, and participating in the expansion of our Service Partners network.

• Deliver technical knowledge of ZF products to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Participate in the expansion of our Service Partners network.
• Implement sales targets and campaigns.
• Provide technical trainings and support to customers.
• Initiate and participate in customer events.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Cooperate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

• Relevant engineering degree.
• Good command of English and French (spoken and written) is essential. Arabic is nice to have.
• Customer service and CV industry experience (>3 years).
• High level of computer skills.
• Valid driving license.
• Good commercial and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated and dedicated.
• Systematic and pragmatic approach to day-to-day work.
• Flexible, good communicator, team player.
• Ability to work effectively under minimum supervision.
• Willingness to work beyond working hours if required.
