Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Stokomani. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising displays, and ensure a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in inventory management, receiving, and stocking merchandise
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including creating displays and arranging product

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
