L'univers NOZ is seeking a driven and experienced Production Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Saint Cyr en Val.

As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our production processes. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of production operators, driving performance, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide your team of production operators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Oversee the precise sorting and identification of merchandise for production, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Optimize workstations and batch processing workflows to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance metrics.
  • Implement visual management systems to track key performance indicators and promote transparency.
  • Enforce production instructions and guidelines provided by the Production Team Leader, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Set individual performance goals for team members and monitor their progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members, fostering their skills and versatility.
  • Analyze team performance data and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
Your Profile:

You are a natural leader with a proven track record of success in managing production teams. You possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Your passion for continuous improvement and commitment to excellence drive your work ethic.

  • Experience leading and motivating production teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and SAP software applications.
  • In-depth understanding of batch processing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving high standards of quality and safety.
