SAP Finance Capability Lead

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance Capability Lead to drive our strategic initiatives and grow our SAP consulting offering across A/NZ.
Key Responsibilities- Build and operate a high-performing finance capability/service line
- Foster strong client relationships and provide trusted advisory services
- Deliver projects by taking various roles as required, including project management, solution architecture, and functional lead
- Map client business requirements and identify opportunities for process and system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on new implementations and existing support projects
- Proven experience as a Finance Lead with a strong track record of building and operating successful SAP finance capabilities
- Ability to work with Account Executives to solution, respond, and win bids
- Proven stream lead and project management experience
- In-depth subject matter expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling domains, and knowledge of other SAP modules
- Previous experience working on large-scale SAP Implementations, with at least 5 full end-to-end SAP Implementations
- S/4 Hana and/or Public Cloud experience
- Proven expertise in SAP General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, and Cost controlling modules
- Understanding of FI integration points to other modules such as MM, SD, and integration with non-SAP applications
- An understanding of SAP implementation methodologies
