Project Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management professional to join our team at Tetra Pak. As a Senior Manager, Project Management, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating various project activities, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze project information from internal and external sources
  • Coordinate project activities, including layout drawings, bill of materials, mechanical/electrical engineering, automation, IT, purchasing, manufacturing, pre-assembly, and shipments
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient use of company resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management
  • Business fluency in French and English, with a third language a plus
  • Solid knowledge of designing tools, including AutoCAD
  • Experience with SAP and MS Project or other project management tools a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively in an international context and manage pressure
