Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Assistant to join our team. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personalized support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Diploma in a related field or 3 years of experience in home care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
