We are currently seeking skilled Industrial Railway Operators (M/F) to support our operations in a permanent capacity.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception of long freight trains (approximately twenty wagons)
  • Oversee the reception and loading of empty trains, as well as the formation and dispatch of these trains
  • Execute wagon movements
  • Lock and unlock wagons in preparation for loading and unloading
  • Conduct various railway maneuvers, including route securing and switch operations

As an operator, you will be accountable for maintaining the quality of service expected by our clients, ensuring the reliability and punctuality of convoys while adhering to safety regulations and protocols.

Employment Terms:

  • Permanent position
  • Salary post-training: €1989.69 gross monthly (based on a 12-month period), excluding variable components.
  • Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, access to the Works Council, profit-sharing, meal allowances, and attendance bonuses.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a vocational training diploma, high school diploma, or equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of National Education.

We seek individuals who are autonomous, collaborative, detail-oriented, methodical, serious, responsive, adaptable, and well-organized.

Operational availability and flexibility are essential, including the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
