Event Coordinator and Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator and Sales Specialist to join our team at Pullman Sydney Hyde Park. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-profile events, conferences, and weddings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotations for conference and events proposals, ensuring revenue is maximized
  • Take ownership of the Events Coordination process, from start to finish
  • Coordinate and deliver a range of events simultaneously, including weddings, conferences, and corporate events
  • Build event orders, floor plans, and run weekly event meetings
  • Manage all administrative tasks, including billing, payments, and post-event follow-up

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an events environment, with a good understanding of events/hospitality operations
