About the Role
We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our team at Bottega Veneta France SAS in La Samaritaine. As an Ambassador of our Brand, your mission will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide unique service that will be remembered.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales growth in line with the company's luxury sales strategy and utilizing sales techniques to maximize performance
- Sharing best practices to build a cohesive and harmonious team
- Providing excellent customer service and cultivating customer relationships through effective after-sales service
- Regularly collecting and updating customer information for the CRM and Client Book
- Ensuring that stock information is up-to-date and making accurate transfer requests
- Ensuring compliance with company processes and guidelines
- Embodiment of the values of our Brand at all times
About You
We are looking for a Client Advisor who:
- Can build long-term, fruitful relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Has experience in the luxury industry and is a confirmed Client Advisor
- Is an excellent communicator
- Is a sales performance driver
- Can make cross-sales with various product categories
- Is versatile, with a taste for challenge
- Speaks fluent French and English
