Contexte
Goodyear est un leader mondial dans la fabrication de pneumatiques et nous sommes à la recherche d'un alternant en systèmes d'information pour rejoindre notre équipe IT.
Objectifs du poste
L'alternant en charge du système d'information aura pour mission de soutenir l'équipe IT dans la gestion quotidienne de l'infrastructure informatique de l'entreprise, l'administration de systèmes, ainsi que dans le déploiement de projets IT.
Responsabilités
- Administrer et superviser l'infrastructure informatique de l'entreprise.
- Assurer une bonne adéquation entre l'outil informatique et la stratégie de l'entreprise.
- Assurer le support technique de niveau 2 pour les utilisateurs.
- Effectuer l'installation des systèmes ou applications.
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement des moyens télécoms de l'entreprise (voix, données) et garantir la continuité du service.
- Participer à la conception, la planification et le déploiement de projets informatiques.
- Assurer la relation et les interventions des prestataires/partenaires.
- Gérer le parc informatique, incluant les PC, appareils mobiles, serveurs et équipements réseau, en assurant leur maintenance et leur mise à jour régulière.
- Veiller à ce que tous les équipements informatiques respectent les normes de cybersécurité de l'entreprise et appliquer les mesures correctives nécessaires.
- Gérer les achats informatiques et la relation avec les fournisseurs IT.
- Documenter les processus techniques et les configurations système.
- Collaborer avec divers départements pour améliorer les systèmes d'information de l'entreprise.
Compétences et qualifications requises
- Connaissance approfondie des systèmes d'exploitation Windows et Windows Server.
- Maîtrise du Pack Office.
- Bonne compréhension des principes de réseau, incluant TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Expérience ou formation en gestion de projet.
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes techniques et à fournir un support utilisateur efficace.
- Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
- Anglais : pratique professionnelle
- Préparer un M1 ou M2
Formation
Étudiant en cours de formation dans un domaine lié aux technologies de l'information, tel que l'informatique, les systèmes d'information ou une discipline connexe.
