This role is integral to our Sustainable Business team, which focuses on embedding sustainability within our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Performance Consolidation and Analysis- Gather and synthesize qualitative data from various departments to ensure alignment with industry standards and sustainability strategies.
- Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess our progress on sustainability metrics, particularly focusing on water-related KPIs.
- Maintain regular communication with department leads to track their advancements in meeting sustainability goals.
- Monitor the implementation of qualitative information related to Impacts, Risks & Opportunities (IROs).
- Investigate specific data points related to environmental sustainability and responsible sourcing.
- Work closely with finance analysts to compile comprehensive sustainability reports.
- Assist in creating presentations that showcase our sustainability initiatives and performance.
- Support the drafting of the Universal Registration Document (URD) concerning qualitative sustainability information.
- Ensure reports cater to the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Research relevant regulations and reporting frameworks to ensure compliance and consistency in our sustainability practices.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to compare our sustainability performance with industry leaders.
- Participate in webinars and conferences to stay updated on sustainability trends.
- Collaborate with teams to identify process enhancements and automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.
- Work with the Change Manager to develop training materials that promote understanding of sustainability principles among stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, or social sciences.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate social responsibility or sustainability reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Proficient in Excel, VBA, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Word.
