Job DescriptionJob Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area.
- Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
