Job Summary:
Fives Nordon, a leading industrial company, is seeking an experienced HSE Animator to strengthen their teams in Pierrelatte. As an HSE Animator, you will play a crucial role in promoting a safety culture and ensuring compliance with radiation protection conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE training programs to enhance employee awareness and knowledge.
- Monitor and advise operational staff on HSE rules and regulations.
- Contribute to achieving safety performance goals and monitoring progress.
- Conduct operational risk analysis and implement safety measures to prevent incidents.
- Participate in safety incident analysis and contribute to site visits to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development of a HSE risk management culture within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with radiation protection conditions and maintain dosimetry records.
- Establish and maintain relationships with client HSE managers to promote a collaborative approach to safety.
- Highlight the company's HSE performance and achievements.
Requirements:
- Technical or HSE degree.
- Familiarity with metallurgy trades, particularly welding and piping.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Desirable certifications in SCN, CSQ & HN 3.
