Location: The position will be located in our headquarters in Nanterre, Paris, France.

The Role You Will Play

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Program Manager to build offers within the Culture learning domain. Culture is about who we are and touches all 15,000 employees across 34 countries. It includes how we onboard our people to our Values, behaviors, how we do business in a time of change and transformation, and key skills to be Future Ready.

Key responsibilities include the development of new learning programs within the Culture learning domain. There will be interaction with business leaders across the organization to develop skills and capabilities across functions and the business.

The People You Will Work With:

Reporting Line: As part of the University team present all across the globe, you will be reporting to the global Learning & Development Manager for Culture within University.

Internally: You will work with business and functional leaders, including global heads of functions, people and culture teams, and experts in the domain.

Externally: You will work with learning suppliers, specialists, and consultants to feed our learning offer with the new and emerging best practices.

Responsibilities

  1. Partner with business leaders to build insight into existing skills, knowledge, and behaviors against future requirements to identify gaps.
  2. Develop learning strategy and plans to close key gaps, taking into consideration appropriate learning channels and solutions.
  3. Challenge and influence leaders to ensure the right investment in learning is made and delivery accountabilities are clear.
  4. Collaborate internally and externally to lead the design and implementation of global learning plans, programs, and interventions.
  5. Align learning and development plans with other people and activities to maximize performance impact.
  6. Lead the change management associated with global learning programs, including sponsor and stakeholder management and operational implementation.
  7. Promote learning programs and content, ensuring engagement and adoption with all relevant stakeholders.
  8. Negotiate and manage third-party contracts for the delivery of global learning services, establishing standards and metrics to monitor delivery.
  9. Ensure that development and deployment processes are in line with our Values, Purpose, and ESG ambitions and provide fair access of opportunity for all.
  10. Gather insights and intelligence about trends and developments in learning from the external marketplace.
  11. Foster development of a technologically innovative learning culture across the organization, to facilitate learning and improve capability.
  12. Provide a diverse learning approach to meet group and individual requirements across the organization.
  13. Continually seek improvement in our learning offering to maximize impact and meet evolving requirements.
  14. Generate enthusiasm and commitment to learning plans, programs, and practices which enable establishment of a learning culture.
  15. Develop a robust and measurable business case for learning and development initiatives, and continually seek ways to improve learning activity.

Profile:

  1. Master's degree (preferably HR related).
  2. Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Learning and Development function or Talent Management.
  3. Experience in skills analyses and building framework pathways.
  4. Strong planner, project manager, and change manager.
  5. Demonstrable consulting, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Ability to influence and develop the organization's learning culture.
  7. Ability to identify learning needs, design, and implement effective programs.
  8. Ability to evaluate and research learning and development solutions.
  9. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  10. International mindset/fluent in English.
